After earning her master’s degree in International Language Education from HKUST, Jade (Wei ZHANG) started her English teaching career in nationally renowned tutoring companies and gained experience in curriculum design and teacher training. Prior to joining HKUST(GZ), she developed and taught a range of English courses and organized English events for undergraduates in South China University of Technology. Guided by a student-centered teaching philosophy, she believes in embracing and making the most of the uniqueness and expertise of every individual in class, and strives to build inclusive and cooperative learning spaces in this interdisciplinary environment.
